We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some countries, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Always we send with courier: TNT, DHL, FedEx. Normally, your order will arrive in this time with this shipping cost:

– Europe: 3-5  working days (eventually delay depend by your local customs) euro 14,50:

– USA-Canada: 6-10 working days euro 14,50;

– Other part of world: 9-16 working days euro 22.

Returns Time

As expected by international law on e-commerce, your must return the item within 30 days by the receivement of purchase.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We do not cover shipping costs for returns, unless there is manufacturer defect. If you ordered products with free shipping included, you will get money back with the shipping costs deducted for the shipping costs we had to pay (€9,00 or € 12,00 for Oceania ).

This means that the item, the user guide, the package MUST BE perfectly, as available to be sold again when received by you; the item cannot have been used by you, cannot have a dirty wire, cannot have been handled and ruined.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days by the receivement of your package in our office, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
